What Plan answers
Plan is the Desk Read line that turns walls into a working risk frame: a stop beyond the losing-side wall and a first target at the opposing wall, when both sides give the map enough structure.
It needs the same inputs as Hurt (side, entry, leverage). If walls are missing or out of range, Plan stays empty and the API explains why, rather than inventing levels.
How to read a Plan line
When Plan is present it typically suggests:
- a stop placed beyond the wall that hurts your side, so a normal probe of that wall does not wick you out before the structure fails,
- a first target at the opposing wall, where opposing liquidations sit.
Those are research suggestions from the map geometry. They are not broker orders and not automated trades. You still choose size, venue, and whether the reward versus risk fits your rules.
Plan with Pull, Hurt, Cascade, and Crowd
The five Desk Read questions are meant to be read together:
- Pull which side is heavier near price.
- Hurt where your leverage is taken out.
- Cascade how far a broken wall can run on the map.
- Crowd whether funding and open interest lean with you or against you.
- Plan the stop and first target from the walls.
Bring your strategy. We bring the discipline.
Limits
When the API returns no Plan, trust that refusal. A missing wall is better than a fictional stop. Gaps, funding, and venue margin can still invalidate a neat map plan. Confirm on the Money Map before you risk capital.
Every level we publish is scored in public, misses included. Check the live grade on /proof before you lean on any number. Until a published-levels bucket is marked sellable, we quote no hit rate at all.
