The verdict field

Send side, entry and leverage and the call returns verdict plus verdict_reasons[].

skip: the wall that hurts you is under 3% away, or inside 1% of price.

reduce: that wall is under 6% away, or the crowd is positioned the same way you are.

proceed: neither test fired. confidence is the Wilson lower bound of the measured bucket that holds the nearest wall.
